CUTTING EDGE PRE-TRYOUT CLASSES
With tryout season just around the corner give yourself an advantage over your competition by enrolling in Cutting Edge’s Pre-Tryout classes.
Under the direction of head instructor Cody Hendsbee, Cutting Edge will help you strengthen your skating, stick handling, passing and shooting skills and eliminate your weaknesses so that you can impress the coach at tryouts.
Do not go into tryouts unprepared. Take advantage of our intense and challenging program that will push you beyond your comfort zone and provide you with the spark you need to perform your best when it counts most.

SL49 PRE-TRYOUT CLASSES
Under the direction of lead instructor and former pro hockey player, Stefan Legein, the SL49 Pro Skills Pre-tryout classes provide high intensity, challenging drills designed to bring players out of their comfort zone and prepare them for the evaluation process.
The program is demanding in nature and is not for everyone. It is designed for players whose strong work ethic and motivation matches their high level of skill and for those who are looking to take their game to its highest level. Thus, the program is being offered to Rep players only.
Who is Stefan Legein:
- An Oakville Rangers alumnus
- Drafted in the 2nd round, 37th overall, of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft by the Columbus Blue Jackets.
- Won a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2008 World Junior Hockey Championships
- Played professionally in the Columbus Blue Jackets, Philadelphia Flyers, Toronto Maple Leafs and Los Angeles Kings organizations
- Mississauga/Niagara Ice Dogs – OHL

The SL49 Pro Skills Pre Tryout Camps, under the direction of Head Instructor Stefan Legein, former pro hockey player, Canadian World Junior Gold Medalist and current St. John Seadogs assistant coach, is a demanding program designed to bring your game to its highest level leaving a lasting impression on your coaches.
Stefan Legein has trained numerous NHL, OHL and NCAA players including John Tavares, Taylor Hall, Sean Monahan, Mark Giordano and Jack Hughes.

Session 1: Rep players born 2011-2008. 7-830 pm daily
Session 2: Rep players born 2007-2003. 830-10 pm daily
Cost: $400 + hst per week for all 5 sessions
